Five-State Photography Exhibition
Call to Enter:


The Five-State Photography Competition & Exhibition is a regional fine art competition open to any photographer living in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Colorado.  Any photographic process is eligible as long as it is original work created during the last two years and has NOT been exhibited in a previous Five-State Exhibition

This year's competition marks the 25th Anniversary of this event and opens with a reception December 12th.  Exhibition continues through January 21, 2009

      Gary Mark Smith is one of  the most highly regarded and highly decorated global street photographers in history. Executing several photography field exhibitions each year, he has now photographed the streets of more than 60 countries on six continents. He has received numerous awards and grants from the National Endowments for the Arts and Humanities and a Master of Arts Fellowship from Purdue University. He is the author of three street photography books and has been featured in numerous national and international journals and media, exhibitions, and art collections.
